About Me
My name is Anastasiia Ruleva, and I’m a creative chef with over 5 years of experience in gastronomy.
I specialize in crafting signature dinners and culinary concepts — both on land and at sea.

My main focus is private dinners, gastro-performances, and cruise-based culinary experiences. I develop fully personalized menus, taking into account the guests’ preferences, local ingredients, the character of the space, and the event format — from intimate yacht dinners to large themed occasions.

Beyond the kitchen, I create the full atmosphere: presentation, table setting, music and visual elements — turning each meal into a memorable experience.

My Culinary Approach
I’m a chef-experimenter with a deep love for flavors, storytelling, and visual aesthetics. I work with local ingredients whenever possible, but I also stay true to my culinary roots — blending European, Slavic, Asian, Caucasian and Far Eastern influences into bold, refined, and exciting food.

I believe in freedom and play in the kitchen: from traditional to modern, from minimalistic to theatrical. Every sailing can have its own flavor, story, and surprise. I’m constantly studying new techniques and ingredients — both in cuisine and beverages.

Right now, I’m also training to become a certified sommelier, so soon I’ll be offering professional wine pairings for every menu on board
