This menu was inspired by the elegance of the 1920s — an era of velvet nights, grand salons, and secret gatherings of artists, poets, and dreamers. It is a homage to the extravagant soirées where food was not only nourishment, but a form of art, theatre, and seduction.

Each dish reflects the spirit of that world: truffles and caviar as edible jewels, chestnut and porcini as autumnal poetry, duck with cherries as a symbol of passion, and dark chocolate truffles as the final whisper of temptation.

It is not just a dinner, but a decadent journey into a time when life itself was celebrated as art.
