Hi, I'm Anastasia Ruleva - private chef, creative event producer and artist. My journey in cooking began in early childhood - when at the age of 11 I began to create in the kitchen in the city of Vladivostok on the edge of the earth, surrounded by rocks, the Pacific Ocean, and a mixture of European and Asian cultures. I traveled a lot with my family and alone. And on every trip, in every city and country, I found new tastes, colours and shapes, which I later brought into cooking and into art projects, which I also worked on in parallel from early childhood.

And despite my creative hobbies, I have always been a leader and organiser who puts on events and a show on stage, and invites the entire school class to a birthday party to perform a concert in my children’s room.

So I grew up and could not understand how to combine all that, what I love so much: people, guests, to create a unique festive atmosphere, food and to surprise with new tastes. And most importantly, all of this should bring pleasure comparable to visiting the theatre. It should be real art.

So, step by step and year after year, the project began to take shape, and in 2022 officially opened its doors to guests in Tbilisi and became famous throughout Georgia.

Since 2024 I have been living on the island of Malta and am open to cooperation with people from all countries!
JRULEVA
JRULEVA is the author's project specialising in themed dinners, gastronomic theatre, conceptual catering and creating individual menus for events and restaurants.

Table settings, set design, creation and development of dishes and cocktail cards, non-standard solutions in serving - this is what we do.

Guests of our project love and are ready for bold taste experiments, appreciate non-boring aesthetics and choose us for the fire that is felt in the passion for our project and our guests.

At our events we always combine food and art: we give lectures, hold master classes, concerts and exhibitions!

Autumn dinner on a terrace in Malta
Concept:
A wonderful beautiful evening, the menu was based on 10 autumn associations, such as: pumpkin, mushrooms, eggplants, dates and more. The menu also included the Italian appetizer vitello tonato, Georgian nut sauce with eggplant flowers, signature desserts and much more, developed and created by me with great love

Gothic ball with my signature cuisine and performances in Malta
Concept:
As you know, there are no former directors, so I often combine gastronomy and art. This time the evening was dedicated to gothic and this was reflected in everything that was happening: from the dress code to the cuisine and the show.

Italian Dinner in Malta
20 lucky people bought tickets and got into an Italian gastronomic adventure. The dinner took place in the old Maltese house, a real architectural heritage with a stunning view of the bay in St. Julian's
Concept:
The idea for this dinner was born when I was in Sicily and on my birthday Mount Etna erupted. We dined and enjoyed the terrifying and exciting spectacle, and then quickly ran to the very north of the island to move to the mainland the next day and be safe. These vivid emotions, as well as the tastes and smells of the Amalfi coast and the streets of Rome, provided inspiration for the creation of the Italian menu and decor.

On the menu: salmon ceviche with mango in sesame sauce, dates stuffed with brie cheese, pears and baked in bacon, bruschetta with prosciutto and melon, as well as signature lemon cake and pasta with shrimp in wasabi-coconut sauce


Summer Terrace Party in Malta
Concept:
Introduction to desserts and other signature items + elegant summer music concert + summer DJ set + networking
Original floral and textile solutions emphasized each dessert and the sound of cocktails.


Dark Romance Valentine's Day Dinner
In Georgia
Concept:
Passionate menu set combined with Georgian wine, romantic music, and a Quiz "18 questions about love".

What was done?
The concept and set design of the dinner, floral compositions, special gifts for each guest were thought out. A designer presentation was created for the quiz game and for the dishes from the menu.
Dinner "Around the World" in Vladivostok
Concept:
A dinner inspired by my travels to different countries and exploring different gastronomic cultures. We created maximum interaction with the guests by playing a quiz game on the theme "Food and Travel". Each round was preceded by a new serving of the dish.


DINNER IN THE STYLE OF A CIRCULAR TRAVEL
Task:
An original birthday party in the style of a gastronomic bar with a concept that combines everything: from food to music; the birthday boy loves travel and unusual food combinations!

What was done:
An “around the world” concept was developed, all dishes from the set corresponded to different countries of the world and were presented in the style of a gastronomic theatre.

We also created a table decor in the style of a Nordic forest with a slight dark chic!


DINNER IN THE STYLE OF A CIRCULAR TRAVEL
The program included a musical and alcoholic game:
Tinctures corresponding to countries were developed and created. First, questions were asked about the country, and in the background the musicians began to perform a melody - an association with this country; the guests guessed the country and received a tincture for tasting!
Then all the tinctures were presented to the guests! And the music group continued the live concert.

Result:
the customer and guests were completely delighted and after that they came to our author’s events more than once!
Gastronomic theater
“White Dinner”

Concept:
A set of white menu and drinks was served accompanied by a chef's story about the creation and inspiration of each dish; within a presentation with film and music. The "Anna Pavlova" dessert was served to the title track of the ballet "Swan Lake".

Guests were also given a lecture and tasting of Caucasian herbal tea from a real herbalist. She matched the perfect tea to each of our desserts!

In addition to gastronomic solutions, we really love design and floristry, so we will be happy to develop everything down to the smallest detail and create individual invitations to the event, concept, preparation and design of menus and cocktail/wine lists, selection of tableware, combinations of color and style of decor, serving.
